Welcome to this real in person gathering.
Yes real people face to face! Not a screen in sight!
This year has been one of the strangest of my life. (as I am sure for you too) It has also taught me so much. I feel blessed that I have a deep connection and relationship with my cycle, body and emotions to help me navigate all that this year has thrown in my path. Gratitude for my home, we still have an income to support us and others, we have our health.
We navigated isolation and staying at home with a 3 year old, supporting my partner still having to work through pandemic, family loss after loss without being able to be with our loved ones, grief, joy, tears, laughter and a whole lot of painting and baking.
We all have our own unique stories of how we have navigated this weird year. Many of us are now only waking up and processing what the f*** has happened!
In this lockdown my business of self care and supporting women's health has felt more needed than ever. How do we look after ourselves and support each other in a real, grounded and meaningful way.
We need to change how we think about how we treat and 'treat' ourselves. Less indulgence and more 'Inner awareness'
So I am inviting you to a very special event.
Self-care Day and Pop Up Shop
31st October 2020 from 10am
SOLE2SOUL YOGA, Pretoria
R200 (R100 to Yoga Project at Louis Botha Children's home)
I want you to rethink what you know to be self care or what you deserve and learn to listen to your basic needs outside of survival mode.
The day will be a short but succulent 3 or 4 hours of connecting and mingling in nurturing group setting.
31st Oct (Southern Hemisphere Beltane) is the auspicious pinnacle of spring.
This day is tradition to make new intentions and wishes for the coming months and year ahead. And all witness by the coming blue moon to illuminate what we need.
We will also have some creative fun to celebrate spring, and ourselves.
Enjoying some tasty food, tea, chocolate, fruit.
Sample selfcare products and learn about Ova the Moon and how we support and use eco friendly, women run businesses. Support local to boost our economy.
Stock up on Christmas presents, or just gift for yourselves. (no obligation to buy of course)
